Knowes Housing Association Ltd (KHA) is a community based social landlord committed to its mission of providing good quality affordable housing and services which meet the needs and aspirations of the community we serve.
The Association owns and manages 1056 properties and provides factoring services to 562 customers situated mainly in the Faifley area of Clydebank.
We have 22 members of staff and an annual turnover of £5m.
We currently have vacancies on our Board of Management, and we are looking for people who share our purpose, vision and values and who are passionate about the provision of good quality affordable housing to our customers.
This is not a paid position, but all expenses associated with attending meetings will be reimbursed. Experience in the housing sector is not a requirement as training and support will be provided.
The commitment we require from you is one evening meeting per month which can be attended in person at our office or from your home via Zoom.
