Join Isaro Community Initiative and Clydesider for a creative workshop exploring community activism. Isaro's sewing group have recently created a stunning banner inspired by themes of togetherness, community and support. On display for the first time, you'll have the chance to hear the story behind it and also get a rare chance to see a 19th century banner that inspired the project, created by the Duntocher Irish Forresters. Then, work with textile artist Suzanne Marshall-Smith to create your own rosette inspired by the women of Red Clydeside!
Centre 81 is fully wheelchair accessible with an accessible toilet. Parking is available outside. Presentation materials will be provided in different languages.
