Who We Are

Clydesider Creative Ltd is a community media and creative training social enterprise based in West Dunbartonshire. Our social purpose is to promote the positive stories and the creative skills and talents that exist in our communities.

What Information We Collect

We collect information to to inform existing and potential customers and volunteers about what our products and services and to carry out our day-to-day business. This includes Clydesider community magazine, our creative and therapeutic training and our community communication services. For example, when you register for our e-newsletter via our website (http://www.clydesider.org) or contact us about volunteering, advertising etc we’ll ask for personal and business information, such as your name, company name, email address and telephone number.

Depending on the product/service you are registering for we may ask for additional information about yourself or your organisation to help us deal with your enquiry. The specific information we request from you is dependent on the Clydesider Creative Ltd product/service.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect from all of our services for administrative and legitimate business purposes. This includes providing, maintaining, protecting and improving our existing products and services, developing new ones and protecting the Clydesider Creative brand.

When you contact Clydesider Creative Ltd we will keep a record of your communication and we will use your email address to inform you about our products and services, such as letting you know about our community magazine, upcoming events, training and workshops.

We will always ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.

Who Sees Your Data

We will not sell your personal data to any third party.

We will not pass on your personal data to any third party without your express consent or unless we have a legal obligation to do so or to protect the rights and property of Clydesider Creative Ltd.

How Long We Hold Your Data

We will retain your information for no longer than necessary, taking into account any legal and contractual obligations we have and our legitimate interests as a business.

Information Security

Clydesider Creative aims to protect your data from unauthorised access or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction using appropriate technical and organisational measures. All of the Cloud systems we use are GDPR compliant, our electronic equipment is password-protected with limited role-based accessibility. We keep a limited amount of data in paper files which are securely stored.

Your Rights
